1. After cleansing and drying your skin, place the eye protection in the mask, place the mask over your face and adjust the Velcro head strap to comfortably fit around your head. Utilising the Velcro head straps makes the device hands-free and you can multi-task while wearing it.

2. Connect the USB cable to the top input of your controller. Press and hold the ‘on’ button until the device switches on.

3. Choose your desired wavelength setting and time setting and leave the mask on for the duration of your chosen treatment time. The device automatically switches off after the full treatment time.

4. Remove the mask and continue with your normal skincare routine. Always ensure you wear sunscreen throughout the day.

5. Clean both sides of the mask with a water-based wipe or clean cloth and place the mask on a dry surface to air dry.
